I bought a cellphone a month and a half ago, happened to be faulty, got another one after two weeks of waiting without any response. The second cellphone also faulty, waited another seven days without anyone contacting me. Visited the branch and claimed my money back, its been 15 days now, still no sign of my money.

The branch manager admitted that some person at their branch did not do his/her work properly and a internal process will follow. Still 7 days after admitting their bad service and fault to me still no sign of my money.???

No one is taking responsibility and is just passing the bucket on every time. No one is in a position to tell me why my money is not in my account yet. I drove to the store every second day for the last month and a half, made several calls to their offices abroad which is so costly and cost me now almost the same amount they owe me. I'm suffering huge damage, sitting without my money and without a cellphone, whilst MTN finds it comfortable to make me wait for ages.

I have never had this poor, bad, sloppy service from anyone. I'm consulting the Consumer protector and also the Ombudsman. I'm intending to contact the media and approach the Human Rights Court.
