Billed for stuff i NEVER subscribed for!!!

I took out a contract with John at Cell C Tyger Valley on 17/12/2013, and today it says thast i have a current usage of R351.04. I asked John to put a cap on for a limit of R50 while we were busy finalising the contract, but he never did. Also, I never subscribed for ANY content services and CellC consultants keep telling me that i did. They are deducting ridiculous amounts of money which I WILL NOT PAY FOR!!! I demand that Cell C sort this out for me or else i will be forced to take legal action. I will also reverse every debit order which goes through for this ridiculous services, and if CellC wants to list me on ITC, I will challenge every judgement that may come up, and if i win the cases, i WILL sue CellC for this! Im tired of this activity that just goes on on a NEW account, not even 24 hours old!!!
