Still no network

I've now had it I've been in my contract for a year now and the only thing I seem to be able to say these days is "hi can you hear me". It seemed to improve after the last time I complained but its gone back to being absolutely terrible again. I can't do this anymore. I need a network that actually works everywhere in my house and not just a little corner where I have to squat just to have a conversation on my phone. Yesterday people had to phone me 5 times just to get a simple message to me. This is unacceptable I spend a significant amount of money on my cellphone and I'm just so tired of people not being able to hear me half the time and the other half all they hear is welcome to voicemail. As far as I am concerned this is breach if contract how can I pay for a service that I'm not getting. I need this contract cancelled with no penalities or I'm going to take this further.
