Online application - phone not delivered

Until now, I have not received my phone and SIM card. I was told I will receive the latest today but per courier Vodacom has not responded to their query since Friday so it won't be delivered today. I need a phone and I want to cancel my application for a contract if they can't deliver good service but no one at the call center acocmodates my request to cancel!!! no accomodate my follow up! I tried several times and even asked them to connect me to Keneilwe who assisted in my application but until now my call has not been returned! terrible service!!! They are only good at getting you purchase but in resolving ussiues, Vodacom is bad at it!
