Neotel - Wymax Department - Pathetic "service"
I was told telephonically that this system will work in my area. 1MB uncapped. The installation team, which is an outside company, were terrific, but that is were excellent service stopped and no-service started.
Since the installation in mid November 2013, I have had no internet connectivity to run my business. (Speedtest can't be run or when it was possible was so slow.) I had to call them continuously to find out what is happening, only to hear that according to the Wymax department, the service was running 100%. I would then remind the administrator, of his last promises and bring him up to speed.
On the 9th of December 2013, I cancelled the whole deal, as nothing worked as promised / per the contract. This is after giving them enough time to sort out the problem on their side, as requested by them. I have also requested a full credit for non-supply of goods on their part. The cancellation dept. stated the administrator was not authorising a credit. As a consumer, I am protected, and will take this further.
