I Took on a neotel contract data line, as soon as we set it up it was extremely slow. so slow that i could not even log on to my gmail. the max speed i got was 700 kbps but on average it was under 100. I logged multiple calls for them to resolve the issue. they sent technicians out. The technicians basically told us that there was nothing they could do because we did have a good signal but hat was the best speed neotel could deliver on.

at that point they said they recommended i upgraded to a different type of line, however that line would only be ready end of the year. in the interim i should hang in there. i tried to for another month bu then because i could not use it i had no option but to cancel. i officially cancelled the contract in december due to no service. nothing happened, i sent an official letter in January. Nothing happened after that either. yet they still bill me and dont respond to y requests even though i dont get the service. now they are eventually going to cancel and i still have to pay a fee and they reported me to ITC. you can get hold of there accounts department. It was only when i cancelled the debit that they phoned me which is disgusting
