Worst call centre manager i have had the misfortune of having to deal with! Not only her but i have been promised on 2 separate occasions to receive a "call back" the next day regarding the problem and i am still waiting!
We are coming to the end of another month and once again i will be billed for a service i never requested, have no need for and never agreed to in my contract.
This is a new contract for a Samsung galaxy and i am been billed for BIS!
I was called before the end of November and was told by a guy that works at Vodacom that he sees i am been billed for BIS on a samsung, i asked him then to get it removed, (this was 2 weeks before month end) i was told no problem i can expect a call back the following day by accounts (i am still waiting) i then got billed BIS once again, i called again 2 weeks ago, the blame got passed to game stores for BIS been active.
I am not interested whos fault it is Vodacom charged me Vodacom sorts it out. It has been 4 weeks plus now that you have had to resolve this and i am not interested in "it will take 4 days to resolve"!
I write this in hope that i may now get some sort of response for management at Vodacom!
