CELL C AND THEIR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAVE 3 CELL C CONTRACT PHONES, THE SECOND PHONE ON MY CONTRACT IS A RED BLACKBERRY PHONE, WHO FROM DAY 1 GAVE PROBLEMS, HOWEVER I CARRIED ON IGNORING IT, IT EVENTUALLY STARTED PEELING AND THE PHONE STARTED CHIPPING, YET I KEPT GOING UNTIL THE PHONE STARTED REBOOTING ITSELF AND IT BECAME A PROBLEM AS I COULDNT MAKE USE OF IT, I TOOK IT IN TO THE CELL C WATERFRONT STORE FOR REPAIRS WHO THEN TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 21 WORKING DAYS, ONLY TO BE TOLD IN AN UBRUPT MANNER A FEW DAYS LATER THAT THE PHONE WAS SENT BACK AND IT WASNT REPAIRED AS THE REPAIRS EXEEDED THE VALUE OF THE PHONE, WHEN I ASKED THE CONSULTANT WHAT MUST I NOW DO WITH A PHONE THAT I CANT USE I WAS TOLD HE IS JUST GIVING ME THE MESSAGE AS IT IS, NOT EVEN ANY APPOLOGY JUST A COLD BLOW TO MY FACE, MY CONCERN IS, WHY MUST I PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I CANT, WHO PROTECTS ME AS THE CUSTOMER< APART FROM THE BAD NETWORK I AM LEFT WITH THIS, I AM TERRIBLY UNHAPPY AND SADENNED BY THE FACT THAT AS A CUSTOMER IM NOT VALUED AND RESPECTED.
