Poor client service and disrespect for clients

I am still having trouble with my parental guardian settings and no one is willing to help me out at mtn. I called the call center yesterday spoke to 8 agents and one of them even hang up on me and another one made a sarcastic remark the one agent said he will i will receive an Sms shortly with my problem sorted out and the last agent said my problem will be escalated to her supervisor who should call me within 3 hours giving me false hope as no one called me.
