Agent with no respect

I had called in to enquire about my standard bank credit card. I was met by a lady by the name of Mmathabang. She just did not have time for me, she would not listen to me, she talked over me, she was disrespectful, she laughed at me during the call, she mocked at me, and she continuously put me on MUTE! After all that disrespect she did not assist me and she transfered me to another department.
I lodged a complaint about her with her supervisor (MAXWELL ZULU) and he said an investigation would be done. The supervisor promised to get back to me on the 18th July 2013, I have been waiting but he has not called me yet.

Service agents should be RESPECTFUL, should be WILLING TO HELP and most of all SHOULD LISTEN!
This agent did not demontrate those values. I think an establishment with a reputation like standard bank should review employing people with that kind of attitude.

I will be taking my business elsewhere because CLEARLY STANDARD BANK DOES NOT CARE WHAT TREATMENT THEIR CLIENTS RECEIVE FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES!
