I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS HORRIBLE MESS

I decided to get my first contract phone. Chose a Nokia Lumia. Within 20 minutes of switching the phone on it froze. took the phone back. Waited 2 weeks for a technician to work on the phone and realize that in fact it was faulty. I then got a new phone... Within 24hrs the phone sent a message requesting that i download the new WINDOWS software. i did... the phone crashed. I googled the error and found out that there are millions of people around the world having the same issue. If Nokia knew of this issue why not make customers aware and discontinue the phone??? I have now been stuck without a phone for over a month because of Nokia and Vodacom that refuse to honor customer service and give me another brand of phone. I now have to wait another 2 weeks for Nokia to again decide that i should in fact get another phone. I have never been so dissapointed with service and will not rest until these 2 companies realize that in fact... THEY ARE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY
