Still throttled after upgrading account

I recently upgraded from a uncapped 1 MB account for R 339.00 pm to a 2 MB account for R 339.00 pm.

Little did i know that the 1 MB account is a premium account with a 100 GB soft cap before throttling and the 2 MB is a non-premium account with only 70 GB soft cap.

Needless to say i hit the soft cap on the 2 MB account within the first 2 weeks of usage. I phone Mweb who said they can do nothing but either upgrade to a better package or go to another ISP.

I decided to upgrade to the 2 MB premium package for R 509.00 pm which has a 200 GB soft cap. i did all this before 11 am and they said it would be activated within 30 mins. At 2 pm I phoned since i was still being throttled. 15 mins on hold to finally get hold of someone who said they will get back to me.

At 3:30 pm phoned again for another 15 min on hold and left another message.
Finally at 4:30 pm i got a call back from them, they had switch over my account and the throttling would be deactivated within 30 mins again.

I phoned Mweb after hour support at 5:40 and asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold and after 15 mins, i was cut off.

Its now 6:45 pm and I'm still throttled... What more can I do Mweb?
