Where is my line? It's going on for 4pm

I have been waiting to have my Telkom line installed today as per an sms i received (Ref: 90701833A). I called just after 12pm to find out if they are coming, and it was confirmed (and escalated) that they are coming today. I called the branch in Cape Town, and they told me if it's scheduled for today they HAVE to come TODAY! I called again around 3pm and she said they are coming today, I must call at 3.30pm if they have not come, but they will come. I called again just before 3.30pm and was told it is scheduled for January 17, 2014. Checked my sms again, and confirmed it says it is scheduled for 17/12/2013. She could not help, but escalate further.

I have specially taken a days leave today. I cannot take leave again. I am waiting! I don't care if they arrive this evening!
