Business line out of orde

Our new Telkom line was installed and the cables were within a few weeks. It was reported and since then, we only get promises and NO service. After numerous phone calls to different departments, each one passing the buck, it was scheduled for today, but today nothing still happens. We are waiting four weeks now!
