I took out a contract for a galaxy s3 and requested that i be debited on the 31st of each month (which it states on my forms) They billed me on the 15th and i got charged penalty fees which they DID NOT refund me.

I then called in and told them of the problem, and was assured it was changed "on the system"

This month, same thing! Why am I paying for your mistakes??? How do I cancel this contract, you can have the phone back as it is not worth paying penalty fees every month and ruining my credit profile
