Lack listing a client if the account is paid??

I need to know WHY cell c is threatening to blacklist me because of a debit order that has returned??
IF in FACT my account was paid up to date??? even suspend my account?

1.you cannot Blacklist someone if they PAY their account.
you guys are quick to demand money but your service is up to no good???
2.YOU can not Suspend my account if my Account is UP TO DATE!!! IF I OWED YOU ALOT THEN GO AHEAD AND DO IT! BUT I OWE YOU A MINIMIM AMOUNT! AND I HAVE CHANCE TO PAY THAT UNTIL END OF THE MONTH THAT IS WHAT CURRENT MEANS!!!

i did email YOUR customer service centre but you never EVER get a response???

please advise??

I will be waiting for a MANAGER to contact me in this regard not A INCOMPETENT Call centre agent!!
