They keep on billing millions of people wrongly

On 17 December 2013 i contacted Vodacom call centre to dispute my billing. A couple of day during the month Vodacom carges me 2c for internet. My contract is (had the same number with Vodacom since cell-phones started) 2 years old that include BIS. The BIS should cover E-Mail BBm & internet. I phoned the call centre and thet tell me it's Whats-upp. I do not even have What's-up on my phone I do not use internet on my phone, hence the are charging me 2c. This has been going on for months. Beeing ripped off like this is unacceptable. I then after 30 years i must take my number an go to a reputable company
