I upgraded my Tab from the Samsug galaxy tab to the Tab 3 in October via telephome. The contact I asumed I got (the one I asked for) R329 2gig during the day and 2 gig at night. What I got was 2 gig during the day. Nothing at night
I called in to customer care the lady I spoke to said that she could not help me it was a sales issue. I then spoke to her manager a she said the same thing.
I then called the sales number. Spoke to 3 different ladies 2 of who tranfered my call to the next without telling me that they going to do so. 3rd lady I spoke to told me I must contact customer care so they can migrate my contract to that package. No acknowledgement of error no sorry for the inconvenience nothing. They made the mistake and I must phone around. I then spoke to Jabulani their manager and still nothing. Just that must go back to customer (who told me to speak to them) and that they must do the migration.
I am not making another call why could they just own up and sort me out. Give me want I initially and for.
