On Sunday i went to Identity Jabulani mall to buy a pair of men boxer on the hanger it said medium, then when i get home it was extra large, On Monday i then called Identity customer care line and the lady i spoke to said to me i can return them as long as they have a tag, later on Monday i went to Identity Eastgate mall the consultant who was helping me said they don't exchange men boxers he then called his manager who told me the same thing thing while i was in the store i called the customer care line and lady i spoke to told me the same thing, As i was in the store i felt like a fool cause the staff was talking about me so i looked like a complete and i was not appreciated but now I'm left with a pair of boxers that the store made a mistake cause on the hanger said medium but on the gamete it was extra large and now i have to pay for the mistake THEY did, i used my money to go and buy, money that is now going down the drain cause it was incorrectly merchandised and the call centre lady said i can return them which was another money going there, I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE SHOP AT IDENTITY THEIR SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT THEY DON'T EVEN APPRECIATE A CUSTOMER
