On the 13th i usually get my airtime, sms' and data bundles... now my account was not topped up. i called 808 to enquire and i spoke to a lady called nomathamsanqa who told me that my phone has been barred or there is barring on it thus causing me to not be able to send please call me, check airtime balance, send text message and any function which leads to me using my phone. this not the first time i have raised the issue with mtn but still to no avail. now the call centre agent is telling me i need to increase my limit again in order for me to be able to use my services. i cannot make calls, send texts, send please call me or even check balance. i am appealling to anyone who would like a contract to rather go to other service providers but not mtn. cuistomer service is pathetic and they will extort money from your account as they please. i don't even know why i am paying for this. retain customers don't make them wish they would have gone to the competition. i regret opening this account
