Contract upgrade now have no airtime

Eceived a phone call from Klaas in upgrades on 26/03 to enquire if i would like to renew my contract. discussed my options with him & i was told he would send me an email regarding what docs needs to be completed and emailed back to him. this is a company account so would have to send owners id, company letterhead, etc. after receiving nothing for a few days i contacted autopage. he was not available & was told an email would be sent to him to remind him to contact me.by Wed 03/04 still nothing and i could not use my phone. after having R2000 airtime available when i tried to make a call i was told that i had insufficient airtime to make a call. my blackberry service was unavailable as well. called in and was told renewed contract had come in to affect (but i don't see how i could not make a call). insisted that i did not want to renew my contract as autopage cannot offer me same deal as other providers. and was also told the new phone is out on delivery and only when this is returned can i have my account sorted. it is now Friday, 5th April and have had no joy in resolving. i still cannot make a call (old or new contract). have had this acc for 9yrs with & am ready to cancel
