No connection after 4 days

New phone purchased from Pinecrest branch, Pinetown, KZN. Number ported-confirmed successful; RICA undertaken - confirmed successful. This all occurred on Thursday 12 December 2013.By today, Sunday 15 Dec 2013, I am still not connected to the MTN network. No one can tell me what is wrong, after three visits to the Pinecrest branch, nor after three calls to the technical services division (including two additional attempts to contact the latter service resulting in me sitting on the phone for 20 minutes at a time without it even being picked up.) All the branch tells us is that we must just wait for the connection.

I have had a guts full. Either this issue is rectified immediately or I cancel the contract I have just taken out with you. Sickening service. This is a phone used for business purposes and you are rendering me unavailable for four days.
