Wrong information on upgrade

On upgrading my contract he gave the wrong information after spending 2 hours at the shop. resulting in me losing more than 5000 minutes!!! the next day the secondary sim stopped working, RICA please. i resolved that by going to the Key west branch,
he said we got up to the 26 Oct to use the minutes although I upgraded the 7th of Oct. And today, the 14th, I can't phone. got a sms that minutes are finished
that branch don't answer their phone for days on end. so, we have to go there to resolve the matter. i gave a message the one time i got through to Albertino and nothing!!!
Key west branch couldn't help they said that branch is a franchise
i'm very unhappy
really
been with MTN since 1996 and got this service
really bad name
