Consistently No Service

Once again Telkom fails to deliver to their promise to be a World Class Company. Over 18 months ago I reported my line to do repairs because of a DP box on the telephone pole blown to pieces by lightning. Nothing happened. I submitted a report last year October to Hello Peter... Till today, nothing happened.

Now I sit with an ADSL service that I pay for but their staff cannot fix it... In addition, Telkom does not confirm that the line is working or not. (SMS'ing in response that the line is still faulty is a waste as they close the call in any case). Faults reported only in the last 30 days...

I urge anyone reading this, to reevaluate should they be interested in ADSL... Rather find an alternative as the few rands extra, you sit with a much more stable service provider. Should Telkom respond to this, Please contact me in order to cancel all my services with your company
