Failure to repaire my new phone

I received a new contractphone from MTN with Factory Fault because the phone was not charging while it was supposed. I then sent it back to Allendale for repaire but they brought it back with the same problem. They then told me to make follow up by calling customer care but without success instead they keep reffering from one number to another. Thus why i decided to lodge this complain direct in order to get a positive feedback.
