No service after account paid!

I have on numerous occasions complained about Telkom/8Ta and once again am still complaining. After settling my account days ago (11/12/2013 AT 16:27 Amount R1918.00) my service has still not been repaired/connected. I have sent emails to the call center but to no avail. Can someone in your department please find out what is the problem and how can it be fixed??? This is very frustrating as my clients need to get hold of me and I them. I urge Hello Peter to get to the bottom of this ridiculous service please. I know I never paid on time but after speaking to the consultant she reassured me the service will be instated with in 5 hours of payment recieved, till now nothing has happened my phone is still off. PLEASE SOMEONE DO SOMETHING TO HELP ME IN THIS MATTER OF URGENCY!
