1 The chat faciility is brilliant, it enabled me to communicate with Vodacom properly even though i no longer have a vodacom account. My email account was deleted and on querying this, I was given an option as to how to handle my query and when we reached a stalemate, the agent requested my telephone number and called me on a non vodacom line. I am really impressed, thank you for great service.
