22/08/13 my sim card was swopped out by a vodacom employee and they managed to hack into my ABSA account and cleaned me out. I had no clue this was happening as my phone just stopped working, and when I checked my bank account it was closed due to no more funds.

Since then investigation after investigation has been carried out, my cash has since then been returned, however now Vodacom expect me to pay for the calls made by the criminal when they had access to my phone number for those 24hrs, 56 pages of itemized billing which is not mine!! Ever since then ever month I get cut off and told my account is an arrears and now i cant even get my upgrade. Every month i speak to an employee who says they will get back to me, 4 months down the line and i am still waiting and still struggling! this is unfair and just plain simple riciculous??

Vodacom should take responasiblty for their employees and not let the CUSTOMER suffer the way that i have. I have been a loyal customer of theirs since cellphones started I have 9 accounts with them and have spent more then a million rand and this is how I get treated?? Were is the management?? Why can no one help me?? Not one person from VODACOM??
