Rude, poor and unfriendly or no service

Bought a phone from cell c on contract not even three months ago. Battery started to swell about a month ago. Talked to a technician that said the battery in this condition can over heat and cause a fire or even explode. Took it back to the shop in keywest mall where i received very rude service (if you can even call it that). Just before i felt i was completely gonna loose it i asked to speak to a manager. The staff just stood there looking at me like i was stupid for even asking. After that i walked out and thought i would complain to the call center which, apparently is just a fancy word for please hold forever while we transfer you from person to person. Then i thought written communication would work better. That was a week ago. Still no response. Perhaps they waiting for the thing to explode before they do something. I'm a single mother. I cant sit without a phone but too scared to use this thing. I have never received such shockingly poor service in my life and i am stunned that their doors are still open
