Paying for service not being received!

I entered into a contract for 6GB package, when in their office signing the contract there was no mention that I only had access to 3GB during the day, the balance of the 3GB would only be available between 23H00 and 05H00, I'm not prepared to sit & wait until 23H00 to use my internet or access my mail. I entered into the contract with 8ta mid March and was allowed a pro-rata bundle for the month which was working but was extremely slow. I could type in a Google search, make a cup of coffee, have a cigarette and I'd be lucky if results had come up. At the beginning of April when trying to access the internet I received a "out of bundle" message. I went to the 8ta Telkom offices & requested help, the internet worked but the following day received another "out of bundle" message & I'd hardly used the internet except for e-mail access for 1 day. It's May & still no internet, since the beginning of Apr we've been to the offices on 3 occasions, no luck yet, some of the staff have been very rude, incompetent & today we stood for 15 mins but left after been ignored, last week a technician was going to come out but no sign of him yet. I WANT OUT OF THIS CONTRACT, PLEASE TELL HOW?
