Bill shock after loading a data limit

I really don't know what am I going to do regarding these bill shocks. At the end of October my niece experience a bill shock of R4400 on a MTN Anytime 200 contract I took out for her. I complain about it Nashua said they would investigate it and get back to me I am still waiting. Yesterday I receive an email with subject heading nashua mobile online statement notification with the current balance of R8, 865.75. I nearly fainted.

Here is my complain: On the 04th November 2013 I loaded a limit of R10 on this account in order not experience such a shock again. To say I am livid is an understatement I feel like telling my niece to go throw that phone in the river. My own contract is up for renewal next year I don't think its going to happen. They are probably gonna hand this account over to their legal department. I am sorry but I wont pay for it I complain about their negligence once before and it happened again. I know in about two weeks the credit clerk for this account is going to phone me and ask me for a payment arrangement. I was advise seek legal counsel and I intend on doing so.
