Firstly I would like to express my disgust at your customer helpline. My wifes contract would have expired the end of august, and she went to the mtn branch at our local Game store in Klerksdorp. The unfriendly manageress was unable to help, so we had to go to the branch at the checkers centre. Once again, no surprise, unfriendly service. Last resort we email customer services and are assured a 24hr response. No surprise... no response, typical MTN. So as a result the debit order continued to go off the end of October. Once again, a trip to the Mtn branch, where lo and behold, once again no one can help. Don't worry, I have reversed the debit order and will continue reversing it every month until your incompetent staff could maybe one day, maybe in the next couple of years, get back to me. We have another data contract with MTN and I can assure you we will not be renewing. Ive never in all my years working with companies, had such bad customer help or service, either at the useless branches or the helpline, where you wait up to a half an hour listening to music, or if you lucky maybe they, ll answer but then cut you off "accidentall when they transfer u. no surprise
