I HAVE SENT EMAILS, I HAVE CALLED, I HAVE CANCELLED MY DEBIT ORDER YET NO ONE RESPONDS, MY CELLPHONE CONTRACT EXPIRED LAST YEAR AUGUST, YET THEY STILL KEEP TAKING MONEY OFF!!! WHY MUST I CANCEL IF IT HAS EXPIRED, AND EVEN IF YOU DO CANCEL NOTHING HAPPENS, THEN YOU PHONE AND HOLD FOR 8 - 15 MINUTES AT A TIME, I AM A PENSIONER AND CANT AFFORD TO PHONE 10 TIMES A DAY. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION AND THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC, I HATE AUTOPAGE!!!
