Contract expired... get NO ONE to attend to us

Our contract expired the end of February 2013..we told the representative NO THANKS... we have mailed letters to say we not interested in having n new contract again... please cancel..we phoned, held on forever... one day for 25 minutes with NO ONE answering the phone and someone (a machine) keep on telling to hold on someone will attend to our call.. now, on the 31st of May when the debit order went off again i couldn't believe it!! these people's contract with us expired, we've send the letter to confirm we don't want new contract and while we are desperately trying to get someone to help us at their offices they are taking our money (R800) month after month..this is the worst case scenario i had to deal with really... we want our money BACK in our account and NASHUA to stop taking our money!! and their personnel to answer the phones AND HELP the customers please!! WE ARE JP TRANSPORT & PLANT HIRE IN VANDERBIJLPARK... ACCOUNT NR: BUZA7001
