I really cannot for the life of me, believe that after being a loyal vodacom client for so long, I am getting this kind of service!!! I have 3 contacts with Voda, one of them being a talk 500 package. Now according to my understanding as well as what was sold to me, I get 500 free anytime minutes to use as I please, needless to say that is a bunch of because it turns out I only get 180 free minutes (this was confirmed by a vodacom consultant) Now in case none of you people have noticed, THIS IS!!! HOW THE CAN I BE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I AM NOT GETTING!!! I contacted some customer complaints office on 011 566 3000 and I was put through to some lady, who before even listening to my query, told me that I have to put my complaint in writing. I sent the email 2hrs ago and put a read/reciept request, needless to say nothing has happened since! This is frustrating, someone needs to call me NOW!!!
