Telkom SA a useless bunch of

I tried to transfer my phone and adsl line to a new location. 3 weeks later it still hadnt been done, they dont call to let you know. Apparently a fault on ther line and I must wait! 2 weeks later still nothing. So I cancel my account with Telkom. That has been a mission. They wont give me my R700 deposit back to me. I am furious! They are a useless bunch of . we have moved to Neotel which is a much better service. This dispute has been going on for a month. I have no idea what to do at this point.
