Absolutely atrocious non-existent service

My contract phone was handed in on the 15th jan 2013 for a warranty repair to the speaker. It was apparently sent to JHB for repairs. After week 1 the contract holder called to find out the status of repair. She was told that the phone was still waiting for couriers to collect! Next day I called to find out and was told by Hendrik the phone was sent to JHB and that he would find out and give feedback. I called him every day, after his empty promises of calling me never materialized. He ends up telling me at the end of week 2 that the JHb branch was asking for a waybill number!! That means it was lost in transit! After even more calls from me to them, and speaking to all above people, at 2.5 weeks I ended up speaking to an arrogant manageress that keeps interrupting and blurting out their terms and conditions, refusing to give me the chance to tell her why i was annoyed. I then asked for headoffice's number and was given an automated 086 number. Finally i got hold of the area manager (name withheld at this stage) and he is looking into the matter for me. Every person spoken to at canal walk is incompentent and arrogant! No idea what client service is! What a joke! Beware..!!!
