I had three contracts with Mtn which expired in October. I decided to upgrade one in September and cancel the other two. What a nightmare! These people don't seem to understand anything at all and then they get uppity as if they're doing you a favour by sorting out their mess! They bring you to a point where you actually start screaming at them and then have the cheek to say they won't sort your problem out if you carry on like this or they end up putting the phone down on you! I reminded them that I am the customer and it's because of us they have jobs and not the other way around, even this gets brushed off!
The one phone was changed into a pre-paid two months ago and they phone me today to tell me they see I WANT to cancel, no matter what I say they just don't understand. Who trains these people?!!
I am going to see if I can't get my contract taken over by another service as I can no longer deal with this bunch! NEVER will I again have anything to do with Mtn!!!
