From Sunday my line (internet and phone) has been down. At first I though it was a payment missed, but I am on debit order. I phoned the customer care and they informed me that it was NOT because of payment. I found out last night that someone else in my complex had gotten a new line on Saturday (I was not home on the weekend) and what I am assuming happened is that the new person got my line. I have never before had an outage so the only thing that makes logical sense is that the technician took my line and gave it to someone else.
