No feedback on missing phone

Follow up complaint. I posted a complaint about my missing phone and Mtn responded on the site on 16/10/13 (Wenzile Masina REQ: 2793870). I was informed that my complaint was referred to regional management and that i would be advised of the outcome. Today 23/10/13 I received a sms from the Silverton branch to collect my repaired device. This is unacceptable! Mtn has not contacted me in writting to explain what happened. No corrective measures has been communicated to me by the service provider. My account was debited for a period of six months and my device was missing for that period. I could not get answers and still don't have any. Mtn cannot just communicate via sms. Complaints of this nature should be resolved in writting. How will Mtn make ammense???
