I am a MTN contract customer and I called MTN call center on 808 and I have to hold on for 20-30 mins at a time to get a consultant to answer the call and when they do answer they hang up and I have to start the entire process all over again, I am highly upset with the level of service that I am getting from a company as big as MTN and I have been a client with them for more than 7 years and if this is the service that I am going to receive I am definitely considering changing my service provider because this is unacceptable.
