I have queried a billed "transaction" on my October bill. I have asked for the URL information wish was provided after a long struggle! With in the email that provided me with the URL information they said that the billing is correct and that I am liable to pay the bill. But on the URL information there is no entry for that transaction. Again I queried how can they say its correct when there is no entry for that transaction. Till today I haven't received feedback on my email I sent, I even went in to the local store, they also queried the bill. 15days later (9 Dec) I went back to go ask for the feed back after which the consultant said he cant assist me because he doesn't understand the response from head-office. He then said he will let head-office call me to explain the response. Today (12 Dec) I had to call head office. I spoke to the consultant she then confirmed to me that billing department said that the billing is correct. I asked for a manager. She said there is no manager on the floor. I asked for the managers, manager. She also said that manager is not there. So how can a Business operate without managers and provide a service if they can't supply the client with the info
