I at first thought that the fact that Autopage cannot log details correctly for months, that this was the worst.
It wasn't.
After speaking to a consultant and having to send personal information to retrieve billing information, I today found out that I was to and that no such consultant works at Autopage. Even the reference number brings up nothing. This consultant had me send personal information for no reason and now apparently Autopage never asks for this info and cannot even supply the detail for which I had to send it...
