COMPLAINT ABOUT A OFFERED CONTRACT

I, Paballo Sekgoro am a customer at vodacom. The Supplier has called me through their call center agent the beggining of August 2013 offering me an upgrade on my contract that was ending the 16th November 2013. i accepted, an the iphone 4 was delivered as arranged. Upon reciept of the handset, it was not working, i contacted customer care for collection and replacement. The phone was collected and after three weeks i inquired about the replacement that was expected, during the inquiry the lady i was communicating with informed me that the handset was out of stock and i was requested to opt for onother mobile offer of upgrade. i then terminated my initial upgrade with them becouse i was not given the phone i opted for.

The end of August 2013 until date, i was billed for the upgrade that i cancelled. i called costumer care for clearity, and they promised to look in to the matter and in the mean time they have requested to suspend my number, and i agreed. until todate the frustration for the upgrade that im not using is still denting my good name. i logged a complaint thru thier upgrade department to look into the matter and thier reference is A1-O57N-IL53V8
