I apply for a new line at my place and I get an sms that a someone will be here on the 15/04/2013.
On the 15/04/2013 someone was here at my place and they could not find where they must get the line from.
They also look at other units in my complex where there lines is and found that my neighbored have 2 lines.
The technician have told me that they can't install a line and I must ask the complex management to get a line at my place or I must ask my neighbored if they use both lines then they can take the line from there.
I have found out from the complex management about a line to my place and have found out that one of the neighbored lines must come to my place. I phone Telkom and tell that I have found out from where they must take the line from. The person say that they will arrange someone to come out to my place. After a few days I phone again and ask when will someone come out. I have been told on the 29/04/2013. On that day no one come out and I call again. The operator told me that there was no booking to come to my place.
I try to make another booking and get one on the 06/05/2013. On that day after waiting no one arrive.
How do I get someone here to install the line???
