Shocking signal supplied by Vodacom

Iv just moved into the Pineslopes/ Fourways area near fourways crossing and in the 2 weeks that I have been living here i have had absolutely no signal what so ever. I cannot make a single phone call or send messages which is shocking as it is a well developed residential area with surrounding shops etc. My contract ends mid 2014 and im truly going to consider changing from Vodacom. My family have reported similar issues. Vodacom is an expensive supplier and im not willing to pay such an amount for awful service/ signal when i am living in such a well developed area!
