Shocked at misleading offer presented

Our nanny, Zanele Kobese, was contacted by one of the agents for Amazing Vouchers and telephonically agreed to the service on offer after she was told about the FREE things she can get and save money. After agreeing (which she did - who wouldn't if presented with such an offer), she found out that there were cost associated to most deals and asked for her service to be cancelled. At which point, she was informed that there will be a cancellation fee.

AFTER this discussion last week, TWO amounts were deducted off her account this morning. R160 and R205. For a person who does not earn a lot of money (and is supporting two of her family members and 5 kids) and does not speak english as a first language, this is a blatant abuse of a consumer.

I would like this investigated and reverted as a matter of priority. I am seriously considering taking this case further.

I am not familiar with amazing vouchers, but this places serious questions on how this company conducts business.
