Can you give a solution or not

For the last 3 days I've been trying to solve a problem and no one at telkom seems to care about it. I have contacted telkom via facebook and twitter and still no one has bothered getting back to me. If someone does not get back to me with an answer within the next hour I will advise my client to have your removed from his premises and have vodacom supply a solution. THANKS FOR PUTTING US BACK IN THE STONE AGE. YOUR client has got vsat installed and it is working, he had cameras installed and needs to view these cameras on a cell phone, there is ports that need to be opened and forwared and no one at telkom vsat seem to know anything about it.
