After Telkom failed to cancel my line blaming it on the Mweb line still being active when in fact it was canceled, I submitted a report on HelloPeter. I was contacted by Hosea [Email Removed] and responded via email with a reference proving that the Mweb line was canceled on 4 & 5 December. Hosea has not responded. I contacted tTelkom multiple times before the required date to issue my 30 day notice, and it is purely through their fault that the cancelation has not been processed.

I shall not be responsible for any payment other than the month of December (this month), and wish for Telkom to confirm cancelation and refund my R700 deposit less the bill for December.
