Am I getting a refund or not?

I switched from a Blackberry curve to a Z10 and tried without success to change from BIS to BB10.I called customer care on Sunday for assistance, the consultant explained that because my BIS had not yet expired, I wouldn't be able to load the BB10 plan.she then offered to cancel my BIS plan and load the BB10 plan for me so I wouldn't have to do it myself. I realized that the phone's internet service was not working and called customer care on monday.the consultant told me that there were technical problems in Gauteng and it should be sorted out in 3-4 hours time.even after that, my phone was still not working so I called in again only to find out that the consultant I had initially spoken to had put me back on the BIS plan instead of the BB10 plan. I was given a reference number and told I would be called within 48hrs about possibly getting an airtime refund.48 hours later, I was still waiting to be called.when I finally called customer care again, I was told that in just a few minutes I'd be getting a call.2 hours later, still no call, so I called in again only to be told that I had to wait 24hours for it all to be sorted out. I'm not happy!!!
